Hey Y'all, it's been awhile... but I'm back. I recently "rejoined" the paleo lifestyle so I figured I should blog about my journey. This time around I am adding the Autoimmune Protocol to my paleo. I will do this for about a month and then start to reintroduce Paleo allowed foods. I started AIP exactly one week ago today and have lost 9.3 lbs.

I've been eating when I want and only what is allowed but like last time, I am very satisfied. Meat, veggies and a little fruit is all I've been eating and I DON'T HATE IT!
this is the meal I had for dinner tonight. Thin cut Porkchops, half an avocado and half a sweet potato. I topped it all with pepper and lemon juice. Simple yet delicious.
